Gil Davis serves as the Chief Operating Officer with the PA Chamber Insurance. He oversees PCI’s sales growth and client retention goals; the development of the team’s strategic resources; and, of course, the continuous evolvement of PCI’s unique value proposition as empowering a healthy, productive and secure workforce across Pennsylvania in support of a pro-jobs, pro-growth economy.
He has more than 25 years of insurance experience in everything from agency management to sales. For the majority of his career, he served as President and CEO of a local for-profit agency within a state association. Gil is fully licensed in life, health and accident as well as property and casualty insurance. He is also engaged in his community, having been recognized by the Central Penn Business Journal for his work in professional and community life. He’s been in leadership with the Millerstown Area Jaycees, the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and the Special Olympics, and a member of the local school board.
